In addition to researching and pursuing wind development opportunities in the region since 2005, Glooscap Wind Field Inc has sponsored a series of meetings with citizens and officials in communities in our area. We have discussed in brief the benefits of community ownership of the natural resources and of the various partnerships with municipal units that could be effective in the responsible development of wind energy in Nova Scotia.
